Join the AAMD Rock Band and experience
what it's like to be a standing member
of a rock band. Vocalists, keyboard players,
guitarists, bass players and drummers are
welcome. Students who are new to AAMD will
tryout before being accepted into the band.
How does it work? We meet weekly to build
a playlist, learn the songs and find venues
to "play out" to showcase the band.
Tuition to participate in the band is $115
per student per month. Mr. Dean will run
each rehearsal, which will include about 5-10 minutes of instruction at the
start of each rehearsal. We will meet four times per month. On those months
where there is a 5th Monday, we will have that night off.
For many students, joining a band and learning how to play as part of a group
is the next step in their musical growth.
